Cathy O'Neill

"Mrs O" as she is known to the children is a tremendous asset to Roosevelt's Preschool program. She is here two days per week to assist with the 3 year old class. Her experience is invaluable; and the patience, kindness and understanding she shows the children help to make the preschool experience fun for all.

Cathy is a life-long resident of Philadelphia and currently resides in the Morrell Park section of the Northeast. She has 3 children and 6 grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with them as well as with her husband Bill and their dog Maggie.
